High Season: NZ$750 per night Low Season: NZ$625 per night Rates inclusive of GST (15%) A 25% deposit of the total stay is required upon booking Full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival Cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival will incur a NZ$250.00 booking fee Cancellation within 30 days of your visit will incur a loss of deposit Cancellation within 14 days of your stay will result in full payment being charged to your account We are required to take a valid credit card for security at the time of booking or on arrival at the house, in the event of any damage to the property. The guest will be notified immediately should a charge need to be taken from the card. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside Lake Panorama Villa No pets or animals are permitted Lake Panorama Villa or its owners accept no responsibility for any loss/damage or injury to guests or their property and we recommend you arrange your own travel insurance prior to your stay Whilst the owners strive to maintain all facilities and appliances in full working order, in the event of any malfunction, we will do our best to rectify the problem as soon as possible Lake Panorama Villa is for a maximum of 6 adults A minimum of 3 nights stay is required Local phone calls are free of charge Lake Panorama Villa is serviced every three days. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a charge of NZ$150 per service on prior request. Check in time is from 2:00pm onwards, check out time is before 10:00am. We may be able to accommodate late check out or early check in. This is by prior arrangement only. |
